Rockville City Tennis Tennis for Kids is being offered at Lakewood for grades K- 2. The class will run from October 2nd - November 6th. Using kid sized provided equipment players will learn tennis quickly on courts suited for their size. Wootton HS Health and Fitness Day We invite you and your families to join us as we promote Health and Fitness. 4-7pm on Saturday, September 27 at Thomas S. Wootton High School We are holding this event for all Wootton Community members -- students, parents, siblings, and neighbors of all ages. We will have: - activities for you to participate in ("a body at rest ..."),
- learning activities about physical and mental fitness,
- activities surrounding eating well for health, and
- informational activities about community resources available to all.
There will classes lead by personal trainers, yoga, zumba, tai chi, body sculpting, title boxing and much more. We will also have Reps. with information about Mental Health and well being along with nutritional samples.
Please help the Wootton PTA spread the word. We are also asking for donations of Lever 2000 soap to be donated to The Tree House CAC in Gaithersburg |
